school Easter break…all at home, reading, drawing and playing with their toys…let the mess begin! plans for next week, so this will be our chill out at home week…excuse me while i embrace the rising level of noise in here! x

well if not, i’ll tell you what awesomeness it is!!!

where i come from (Grenada a.k.a the isle of Spice), jam means SUGAR. my Nanny used to make the best, from the fruit in their garden, she’d make the best guava jelly you could ever taste! she even sold the stuff to supermarkets, and it was also a hit with the tourists who’d come for the tours of my Granddad’s wonderful garden. but this meant sugar, lot’s of it. i hold my hands up and admit i grew up a sugar addict!

but recently, i decided to cut out as much sugar and salt as possible from my little ones diets. not easy, when they’ve inherited my sweet tooth! anyway.. it led me to discovering this heavenly jam. SUPER JAM.

why is it super?

it’s made from 100% fruit, no added NOTHING. it’s natural sweetness is so darn delicious you’ll want it every morning (well i do at least, with my cup of tea…perfect!) they ship world wide, encase you aren’t as lucky as us to have a Waitrose around the corner, hah.

so, if you need to cut down on sugar but don’t want to cut out on sweetness….then get some SUPER JAM. note: eating this jam will not turn you into a super hero, as much as my action packed five year old son would like to think it does.
